Description

Kalm ‘N EZ® Textured is high in fiber (20%), lower in NSC (15.5%) and does not have any added iron. This feed is suitable for moderate to harder-keeping horses with sugar and starch sensitivities. The lower sugar and starch (NSC) levels also make it an excellent choice for hyperactive horses and horses with digestive tract sensitivities. The small inclusion of whole oats may be ideal for picky eaters. Its high fiber level also makes Kalm ‘N EZ® Textured a great option when hay quality is poor or hay replacement is necessary. This feed is formulated with pre- and probiotics to support your horse’s digestive health. This feed is now formulated with Uptake Technology and Constant Comfort. Uptake Technology is a powerful blend of prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, digestive enzymes and phospholipids that improve nutrient absorption and support your horse’s digestive health. Constant Comfort is a premium seaweed derived calcium that promotes a healthy gastric pH to support horses at risk of ulcers and digestive upset.

Benefits

  • Low sugar/starch (NSC) for horses with metabolic disorders and sensitivities.
  • The small inclusion of whole oats may help with pickier eaters.
  • High fiber levels make this feed appropriate for total hay replacement, if needed.
